•U.S. sales only.
•Purchase price must be over $50.00 for live animals. This does not include shipping or dry goods.
•Shipping is $50.00 Fedex priority only on live animals.
•Shipping to Alaska is only available in spring and summer for an additional $25 after the standard $50 shipping fee.
•The shipping address that is entered into the “shipping address” info slot at check out is where the box will be shipped too. If you put your home address, the box will be delivered to your home. If you want the box held at FedEx for pick up, then enter the FedEx location address. Please note only approved FedEx hubs will accept live animal deliveries. Live animals can not be held at Walgreens, Dollar General or Kinko’s. If you need help finding your local hub, contact us before check out.
•Additional shipping costs for t-shirts, dry goods, and other non live items will be auto calculated at the time of check out
•Live arrival guaranteed. However you must accept & sign for package on the first delivery attempt the day the package is delivered. No exceptions. Please keep an eye out for FedEx on the delivery day.
•Temperature must be below 90°F or above 35°F.
•Orders ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders generally ship the day or the day after being placed. Orders placed on Wednesday afternoons or later will ship the following Monday.
•Overnight shipping does not mean that you will get your order the next day
•FedEx gives approximate times of delivery. These are not guaranteed and do not mean your package is late or past the promised time of delivery. You are expected to be available the day or delivery and the day after in the event of a FedEx delay.
•Even when paying for overnight delivery, fedex still experience delays sometimes.
•Accommodations should be made for delivery day in the event the box takes an extra night for delivery. For example, If we ship on Monday, the box is expected for Tuesday delivery. However you should be available on Wednesday as well in the event of a delay.
•If you can not be home for the expected delivery day and the day after, we recommend holding the box at a local FedEx hub for pickup at your convenience. Be aware that not all FedEx locations will hold live animals for pick up.
• Fedex stores such as kinkos, Dollar general and Walmart etc will not hold live animal shipments for pick up. Pick up boxes must be held at approved FedEx hub locations.
•FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box, and we require a signature for delivery. Please be sure to provide a physical address for live animal deliveries.
•Weather, temperature, and natural disaster shipping delays may accrue in places experiencing harsh weather or environmental conditions.
•Issues with shipment must be reported to us by 8 PM the night of delivery.
•Photos of DOA's must be provided of the deceased animal. Additional photos or videos may be requested.
•Carrier delays are fully covered and guaranteed for live arrival, even if shipments are delayed beyond our control.
•Listed sizes of animals are approximate. Refunds will not be issued for size discrepancies. In many cases they may be larger than the size listed as they grow here.
•Refunds are issued the same day claims are made. However they can take up to 10 business days to clear sometimes depending on how the payment was made. Most of the time it is your bank causing the delay. This is beyond our control and doesn’t mean a refund wasn’t sent. please be patient while the refund is processed.
•All of our shipping is guaranteed for live arrival, even when there are carrier delays. In the event of a DOA, just let me know and we will work out a refund or replacement. When there are delays, I don't recommend calling FedEx. There is usually little that can be done by calling them, and most of the time causes further delays. In my experience it is best to wait it out, and let the package run its course.
• Print on demand merch such as T-shirts, toys and other apparel are final sales and can not be returned or exchanged. These orders are printed at the time of purchase and made specifically for your order.
•Freebies do not fall under the LAG
