This spider from the highlands of Cusco Peru will make a nice rare addition to any collection. These spiders should be kept on the cool side. They build short burrows with a living chamber under rocks on mountain side slopes.  Reaching about 5 inches as adults, sometimes high altitude species can be difficult to raise. But these seem to be doing well so far.
