Holothele sp. “fluffy” 3/4”

Fast moving new species. Gets thickened fluffy hind legs. Not much info on them, but probably a locality of Holothele longipes. Terrestrial species that the adults reach about 4 inches. We recently hatched the first U.S. sac of this species. Holothele often live under rocks or in crevices that they hide in during the day. At night they can be found out around their retreats, but at the slightest disturbance they will dart back to their hide in a blink of an eye. Holothele are appealing to people who have bad reactions to urticating hairs as they lack them all together. However the speed of these spiders can still be off putting to some beginners.
