This unique spider is definitely something different with it coming from European countries like Spain and Italy. Howeve it is also found in some Northern Africa countries like Morocco, Algeria, & Tunesia. I think the females of this species reach about 2, or maybe 3 inches. I’m not sure, but I know they are on the smaller side. There isn’t much info on keeping them as they are new to the hobby. However they have been known to science since 1820 when they were originally described as Mygale valentina by French naturalist Léon Jean Marie Dufour. This is a spider I’m excited about and look forward to raising some for myself since Ischnocolus are very under represented in the hobby.
