Described in 2015 by José Paulo Leite Guadanuccia & Dirk Weinmann, becoming the second Neoholothele species. Rarely offered and difficult to breed compared to N. incei. Heavy webbers that get about 3 inches as adults. These were known as the “bumble bee tarantulas” before they were described. Very limited and very rare in the U.S.  Native to Colombia
