Rare arboreal spider from Mindanao island in the Philippines. These spider were bred here in the USA by my good friend and long time breeder Chris Allen. They are sometimes referred to as Ornithoctoninae. sp Surigao del Sur (Lowland) in the hobby. This species is reportedly known as the largest arboreal tarantula in the Philippines with rumors of 9 inch leg spans. This undescribed species started showing up in the hobby around 2014 and 2015 and are still quite rare in the hobby.
