Pnigomantis medioconstricta “Double shield mantis” 3rd - 4th instar

The double shield mantis is a monotypic species knows only from the island of Indonesia. This species can vary in color but is typically brown and grey.  Like all mantises keep them in a tall enclosure with perched to hang from when they molt.
