Spinosatibiapalpus sp. Blue
Spinosatibiapalpus sp. Blue
size 1” awesome size for this species
Amazing smaller species that is on the slower growing side but makes up for it with its awesome color. This spider likely belongs to the Spinosatibiapalpus genus but hasn’t been described yet, and for the sake of not causing confusion we are still calling them by the hobby name. Long lived terrestrial species. We were the first to breed this species in the USA back in 2016.
* In December of 2024 the Theraphosid Research team determined that the very similar spider, sp. yellow and blue (Colombia) fit in the genus Spinosatibiapalpus. It’s almost certain the same for this spider will follow suit and we are preempting the expected name change.
