Stegodyphus dufouri “African Desert Velvet Spider” (suspected females)

size .5 to 1” (subadults to adults) These spiders are suspected females as they are not showing any signs of swollen palps. However smaller spiders from this batch may still be males that are not showing swollen palps yet. I can not guarantee the sex or size of the spider that you receive. 

These African velvet spiders are wild caught. Some adult females may be gravid. Hatchlings should be left with the mom as the babies consume the mom after they are born. I cannot promise the sex, age, or maturity of these spiders and cannot promise gravid females either. These are sold as suspected females only.
