Ybyrapora diversipes

This beautiful arboreal spider was original y sold in the hobby as Avicularia diversipes until 2017 when taxonomist Caroline Fukushima & Rogério Bertani established the Ybyrapora genus. Reaching 5 inches as adults, these spiders go through several color changes into adulthood. Originally described as Mygale diversipes in all the way back in 1842 by German entomologist Ludwig Carl Koch. Only sporadically available in the U.S.
